We are a U.S. Veteran owned and operated company that happens to proudly be an Equal Opportunity employer. We provide both Anesthesia staffing and management services, while partnering with hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and surgeons with office-based surgical practices that require expert Anesthesia care for their patients.
Each facility and office has different needs. We offer support in all areas of Anesthesia, including the following:
Clinical quality improvement and assurance processes
Anesthesia recruiting and credentialing services
Payor contracting, revenue management, and billing services
General consultation (logistics, equipment, training, and supply management)
Additionally, we are committed to assisting with the normal transition processes that a busy practice tends to encounter throughout it’s lifespan.
SAS focuses on an individual relationship with each patient and client. What that means for our partners is a commitment to building an Anesthesia team that consistently delivers high quality Anesthesia care with optimal clinical outcomes, performed in the safest environment possible. We work side-by-side with our partners, who appreciate the easy access that they have to both our management and our team of professional providers.
We collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and facility administrators to assess, implement, and evaluate the patient’s Anesthesia care, and we encourage open, transparent, and candid communication with patients, staff, and clinical providers. We’re able to accomplish this via patient satisfaction surveys and (face to face) video conferencing. Here at SAS, we’ve always believed that transparency and true partnerships with our esteemed associates are paramount to improving both clinical outcomes and operational efficiencies.
We collaborate with you to deliver the highest level of clinical quality and patient safety. Our Quality Assessment Quality Improvement (QAQI) program sets the foundation for clinical standards, and as such it supports the use of the most current evidence-based practices (as established by our national medical and nursing societies). Our QAQI program subsequently allows us to establish benchmarks that serve to ensure the delivery of the most appropriate, professional Anesthesia care to each unique facility that we are privileged to work with.
Sunbelt Anesthesia Services, LLC is a collaborative Anesthesia practice model composed of Anesthesiologists, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), and operational support staff. Our practice’s Tax ID number is 90-0919535, and our National Practitioner Identifier (NPI) number is 1205172079.
Your physician’s office can obtain any precertification necessary prior to your day of surgery, and generally an additional precertification is not required for the Anesthesia services that we provide. Your health insurance provider can confirm if the Anesthesia service is a covered benefit based on your elected health insurance plan. All insurance plans are different and we strongly recommend that you contact your health insurance provider for information about any financial responsibility that you may incur (contact information for the insurance provider is normally located on your insurance card),
For questions related to an Anesthesia bill that you may receive, please contact Anesthesia Dynamics at 1-888-857-0668, and please reference Sunbelt Anesthesia Services as your Anesthesia provider.
Anesthesia services are billed according to both time and complexity. Occasionally, claims may be paid out of network, and in these instances our billing agency will contact your insurance provider for reconsideration of your claim. It is often beneficial for patients (or primary insured individuals) to contact their insurance carrier in order to request an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) form.
