Nick provides executive consultation and board governance to SAS, in order to strategically position SAS for success in all it’s endeavors. He promotes effective relationships and open communication, and helps create an environment allowing for constructive debates to occur, both inside and outside of the board room. In doing so he ensures that the Board plays a productive role in the development of SAS’s strategies, such that Board decisions accurately reflect the group’s best interests.
Nick has over 30 years of experience in senior executive positions in healthcare, and proudly served 23 years on active naval duty in the service of our country. It was there that he gained insightful operational leadership experience, which he’s carried with him to this day and has displayed in all of his subsequent endeavors.
